Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (or 320°F for a fan oven) and line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of thick Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of maple syrup, and 1/2 cup of crunchy peanut butter.
  3. In another bowl, sift together 1 cup of oat flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until combined into a thick batter.
  5. Separate approximately two-thirds of the batter and mix in 1/4 cup of cocoa powder.
  6. Fold in 1/2 cup of chopped dark chocolate into the remaining batter.
  7. Spread the cocoa batter evenly in the prepared dish.
  8. Pour the lighter batter over the cocoa layer and gently swirl to create a marbled effect.
  9. Sprinkle reserved chopped chocolate on top and bake for about 30 minutes.
