Baking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Wash and hull 2 cups of strawberries, then slice them into quarters. Spread in the baking dish.
- Blend 8 ounces of cream cheese, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the strawberries in the baking dish.
- Crush 1.5 cups of graham crackers, mix with 0.5 cups melted butter and sprinkle over the cheesecake layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the topping is golden brown and cheesecake is slightly jiggly.
- Cool at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Top with sprinkles before slicing if desired.
