  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Fresh preferred
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 cups Granulated Sugar
Topping Ingredients
  • 1 cup Easter Sprinkles Optional for decoration

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Wash and hull 2 cups of strawberries, then slice them into quarters. Spread in the baking dish.
  3. Blend 8 ounces of cream cheese, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the strawberries in the baking dish.
  5. Crush 1.5 cups of graham crackers, mix with 0.5 cups melted butter and sprinkle over the cheesecake layer.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the topping is golden brown and cheesecake is slightly jiggly.
  7. Cool at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Top with sprinkles before slicing if desired.
