Shrimp

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Finely chop parsley, garlic, and Fresno pepper by hand. In a bowl, combine with oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir in olive oil and vinegar. Allow to rest for at least 1 hour.
  2. In a separate bowl, marinate shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, honey, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 20 minutes.
  3. Heat a large skillet over high heat for 3-4 minutes until sizzling hot.
  4. Add marinated shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Transfer shrimp to a serving dish, drizzle with chimichurri sauce, and serve the remaining sauce on the side.
