Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together kosher salt, lime juice, honey, and olive oil until emulsified.
  2. In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, purple cabbage, carrots, and cilantro.
  3. Add green onions and diced jalapeño to the vegetable mixture and toss gently.
  4. Drizzle dressing over mixed vegetables and toss until well coated.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt if needed.
  6. Let sit for 15-20 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  7. Toss again and serve as a side dish or topping.
