Strawberry Layer
  • 4.5 oz Strawberry Gelatin Sugar-free optional
  • 0.67 cup Water Boiling
  • 0.75 cup Strawberry Greek Yogurt Cold
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries Diced
  • 1.25 cups Cool Whip Or homemade whipped cream
Cheesecake Layer
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 0.5 cup Powdered Sugar
Blueberry Layer
  • 4.5 oz Berry Blue Gelatin Sugar-free optional
  • 0.5 cup Blueberry Greek Yogurt Cold
  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
Topping
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 6 oz White Chocolate Grated

Method
 

Preparation Instructions
  1. Prepare the Oreo crust by crushing the Oreo cookies and mixing with melted butter, then press into baking dish.
  2. Make the strawberry layer by boiling water and dissolving the gelatin, then mixing with yogurt, strawberries, and Cool Whip and spreading over crust.
  3. Chill the dessert for 5 to 6 hours until set.
  4. Create the cheesecake layer by beating cream cheese with powdered sugar and folding in Cool Whip, then spread over strawberry layer.
  5. Prepare the blueberry layer by boiling water, dissolving gelatin, mixing with yogurt, blueberries, and Cool Whip, then layer on top of cheesecake.
  6. Finish with the remaining Cool Whip and white chocolate curls, then chill for another hour before serving.
