Pita Pizza Preparation
- Preheat your oven or air fryer to 350°F.
- In a medium saucepan, combine heavy whipping cream, chicken broth, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Whisk together all-purpose flour and water in a small bowl to create a slurry, then pour it into the sauce, stirring constantly.
- Lay out the pita breads and spread the Alfredo sauce evenly on each.
- Top each pita with shredded cooked chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, baby spinach, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or air fry for 5-6 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
