Method
 

Pita Pizza Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 350°F.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine heavy whipping cream, chicken broth, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Whisk together all-purpose flour and water in a small bowl to create a slurry, then pour it into the sauce, stirring constantly.
  4. Lay out the pita breads and spread the Alfredo sauce evenly on each.
  5. Top each pita with shredded cooked chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, baby spinach, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or air fry for 5-6 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
