Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, green onions, sugar, and optional chili flakes. Add the thinly sliced ribeye and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Prepare optional dipping sauce by combining soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, chopped green onions, and optional chili flakes.
  3. Spread flour on a plate, beat eggs in a large bowl, and dip each ribeye slice in flour followed by the beaten egg.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Pan-fry the battered meat slices for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Serve Meat Jun with rice and add the optional dipping sauce.
