Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a loaf pan by lightly greasing it.
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. Sauté mushrooms in the bacon fat for 5-7 minutes until browned.

  4. Shape the meat mixture into a loaf in the prepared pan. Press Swiss cheese cubes into the center and top with sautéed mushrooms and crumbled bacon.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
