Dough Preparation

First Rise

Filling Preparation

Shape Dough
- Once risen, punch down dough, roll into a 12x18 inch rectangle, spread filling, roll tightly into a log, slice, and twist together.
Second Rise
- Place the twisted dough on a lined baking sheet, cover with a towel, and let rise for 45 minutes until puffy.
Bake
