Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the coleslaw mix, sliced Granny Smith apple, diced celery, and chopped green onions. Toss gently until well combined.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine apple cider vinegar, granulated sugar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, and red pepper flakes. Whisk and simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat and whisk in the mayonnaise until creamy and fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the warm dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
