Method
 

Roasting Carrots
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for roasting the carrots.

  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, harissa paste, honey, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the sliced carrots to the bowl and toss gently to coat them evenly.
  5. Spread the coated carrots on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
Preparing Whipped Feta
  1. Blend the feta cheese, heavy cream, lemon juice, and optional garlic in a food processor until creamy.
  2. Transfer the whipped feta to a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Serving
