- Crush the Golden Oreos into fine crumbs and combine with melted butter and sprinkles. Press firmly into a baking dish and chill for 30 minutes.
- Dissolve berry blue gelatin in boiling water, cool it, then blend blueberries with Greek yogurt. Combine with gelatin.
- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar, fold in whipped cream, and pour over the chilled crust. Refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
- Arrange sliced strawberries over the cheesecake layer and dissolve strawberry gelatin in water. Pour over strawberries and chill for at least 4 hours.
