Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes until golden.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add sour cream and vanilla.
  6. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing until fully blended.
  7. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
  8. Let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Prepare the strawberry layer by dissolving Strawberry Jell-O in boiling water.
  10. Fold in whipped topping and chopped strawberries once thickened.
  11. Spread the strawberry layer over the chilled cheesecake.
  12. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  13. Spread the whipped cream over the strawberry layer.
  14. Combine crushed Golden Oreos with melted butter and sprinkle over the whipped cream layer.
  15. Chill for an additional hour before serving.
