- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Prepare the strawberry cake mix according to package instructions by combining it with eggs, oil, and water and blend until smooth.
- Fold in the fresh or thawed strawberries, white chocolate chips, sweetened shredded coconut, and chopped pecans or walnuts.
- Pour half of the strawberry batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and unsalted butter until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fluffy.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the first layer of cake batter, then pour the remaining strawberry batter on top.
- Using a knife or skewer, gently swirl the batters together.
