- In a medium mixing bowl, add 1 cup of peanut butter, ½ cup of honey (or maple syrup), and ¼ cup of cocoa powder. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in 2 cups of rolled oats into the creamy mixture until well combined.
- Gently fold in ½ cup of dark chocolate chips into the oat mixture.
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and pour in the mixture. Press down firmly and evenly.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
- Once firm, remove from the pan using the parchment paper and slice into squares to serve.
