Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Cut boneless, skinless chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss with cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  2. In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for about 5–7 minutes until cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, heat sesame oil and sauté minced garlic for around 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, and optional chili flakes or Sriracha. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Cook ramen or lo mein noodles according to package instructions, usually 3-4 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  6. Combine chicken with the sauce in the skillet, add the noodles, and toss everything to coat. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
