Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by slicing the beef into thin strips, ensuring even cooking. Chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Gather sauce ingredients.
  2. Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook noodles according to package instructions for 6-8 minutes. Drain and rinse briefly under cold water, then toss with oil.
  3. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef strips in batches, pan-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned, then transfer to a plate.
  4. In the same skillet, lower the heat and add oil, sauté garlic and ginger for 1-2 minutes. Pour in soy sauce, honey, and water, then simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Return beef and vegetables to skillet, stirring to coat in sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
