Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all your ingredients including chicken breasts, ramen noodles, garlic, chicken broth, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, heavy cream, green onions, and cilantro.
  2. In a large pan, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and let rest.
