- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Open the Pillsbury biscuit dough tube and separate each biscuit. Roll each into a rope, then cut into 4 pieces.
- Bring at least 4 cups of water to a boil and stir in the baking soda.
- Drop the dough pieces into the boiling soda bath for about 15 seconds on each side.
- Whisk together one egg with a tablespoon of water. Brush over each pretzel bite and sprinkle with coarse salt.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
