Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, peel and mash around 2-3 ripe bananas.
  3. Whisk together melted butter, 2 large eggs, and ¼ cup of milk in another bowl.
  4. Sift together all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a separate bowl.
  5. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet banana mixture.
  6. Grease your loaf pan and pour the batter into it.
  7. Mix 2 tablespoons granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon, sprinkle over batter.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  9. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
