  3. Place chicken in a zip-top bag or dish, pour marinade over, and massage to coat. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. After marinating, place the chicken in the baking dish and pour half of the marinade over it. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
  5. For the glaze, simmer the remaining marinade in a saucepan over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Plate the roasted chicken, drizzle with glaze, and garnish with orange slices. Serve with sides.
