- Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
- In a bowl, mix together tomato paste, cooking oil, honey, and paprika to create a rub. Coat the turkey legs with this mixture.
- Place the seasoned turkey legs into a baking dish and add the broth. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for approximately 90 minutes.
- In a blender, purée corn, cream cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth to create the corn spread.
- Remove the turkey from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes, then shred the turkey into bite-sized pieces.
