Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.

  4. Lightly brush the edges of the dough with olive oil.
  5. Bake the pizza dough for about 8-10 minutes until set but not browned.
  6. Remove from oven and top with torn pieces of burrata and prosciutto slices.
  7. Drizzle honey over the toppings.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh basil leaves, sea salt, and cracked black pepper.
  9. Return to oven for an additional 2-3 minutes until warmed.
  10. Let cool for a minute before slicing and serving.
