  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 small Onion Diced into 1/4-inch pieces.
  • 2 tablespoons Jerk Seasoning Use freshly ground for intense flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano (Dried)
  • 1/4 cup Honey
For the Glaze
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Barbecue Sauce Choose a quality brand.
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, black pepper, allspice, all-purpose seasoning, minced garlic, paprika, and oregano. Stir gently.
  3. Add the diced onion and honey to the mixture and mix gently until well-distributed.
  4. Press the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, barbecue sauce, and sugar for the glaze.
  7. After 30 minutes, increase oven temperature to 400°F (200°C), glaze the meatloaf, and return to the oven.
  8. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  9. Let the meatloaf rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
