  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry Store-bought for convenience.
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard Adjust according to taste.
  • 8 ounces Ham Sliced.
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded.
For Serving (Optional)
  • 2 cups Fresh Salad
  • 1 cup Dipping Sauce

Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangular shape, about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on the rolled pastry, leaving a small border.
  4. Layer the ham slices evenly over the mustard, followed by the shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Roll the pastry tightly into a log shape, pinching the edges to seal.
  6. Wrap the rolled pastry log in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Slice the chilled log into 1 inch thick rounds and arrange on the baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  9. Cool slightly before serving warm.
