Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangular shape, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on the rolled pastry, leaving a small border.
- Layer the ham slices evenly over the mustard, followed by the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log shape, pinching the edges to seal.
- Wrap the rolled pastry log in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Slice the chilled log into 1 inch thick rounds and arrange on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving warm.
