  • 1 medium Bell Pepper Chopped
Spices and Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Or regular paprika or chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme Or Italian seasoning

  • to taste Pepper
  • optional Red Chili Flakes For heat
For Garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add one chopped onion and three minced garlic cloves. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add 4 cups of diced potatoes and one chopped bell pepper. Stir and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add 1 pound of ground turkey. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  5. Stir in smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, pepper, and red chili flakes. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving warm.
