  • 1 pound Sirloin Steak or ribeye or flank steak
  • 1/2 tablespoon Olive Oil or avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon Butter or vegan butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic Cloves minced, or jarred minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes omit for milder flavor
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
For the Herbed Potatoes
  • 1 pound Baby Red and Yellow Potatoes or Yukon gold or fingerling potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fresh Thyme chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fresh Rosemary chopped

Preparation Steps
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter.
  2. Add the baby red and yellow potatoes, 3 minced garlic cloves, red pepper flakes, and fresh herbs. Sauté for 5-6 minutes until golden brown and tender.
  3. Increase the heat to high and add the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter.
  4. Cook the steak bites in a single layer for about 1 minute without moving.
  5. Flip the steak bites to cook evenly until reaching desired doneness, approximately 4-6 minutes.
  6. Return the sautéed potatoes to the skillet, heat through for an additional minute, then serve.
