Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Trim excess fat from the chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl.
  3. Pour chicken into the Crockpot, then pour sauce mixture over it.
  4. Layer bell peppers and broccoli on top of the chicken and sauce.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  6. For a thicker sauce, remove chicken and vegetables and simmer leftover sauce until thickened.
  7. Mix chicken and vegetables with the sauce, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, and serve.
