  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth or reserved pasta water
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
  2. Season chicken pieces with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then add chicken. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Add cooked chicken and drained pasta to the skillet. Toss gently to coat in sauce, adding reserved pasta water if necessary.
  6. Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes. Serve immediately.
