  • 2 cups Cranberry Sauce Whole or Jellied
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into about 32 meatballs and arrange them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. In a skillet, combine cranberry sauce, soy sauce, and mustard over medium heat. Bring to a gentle boil.
  6. Add cooked meatballs to the skillet and gently stir to coat with sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve on a platter.
