  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce Soy sauce is an alternative

  • 5 tbsp Unsalted Butter Melted; olive oil can substitute

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and salt. Stir well and set aside.
  2. Make Crab Dip Filling: In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, and mayo. Add shallots, parsley, chives, Worcestershire, garlic, Old Bay, and pepper. Fold in lump crab meat gently.
  3. Prepare Croissants: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Make shallow cuts on the top of each croissant.
  4. Stuff Croissants: Fill each croissant with the crab dip mixture using a piping bag. Arrange on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake Croissants: Brush tops with garlic butter. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Finish and Serve: Brush with remaining garlic butter and serve warm.
