  1. Begin by shredding the cooked rotisserie chicken into fine pieces using two forks or your hands.
  2. In the bowl with the shredded chicken, add mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped walnuts, diced celery, sliced shallots, Dijon mustard, fresh dill, garlic powder, lemon juice, fine salt, and black pepper. Stir the mixture for about 2-3 minutes until well combined.
