- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened chive and onion cream cheese, ranch salad dressing, garlic salt, and onion powder. Mix until smooth, then fold in rotisserie chicken, bacon, green onions, and 1 cup of shredded Colby-Jack cheese.
- Slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise and hollow out each half, leaving a sturdy outer crust.
- Layer the remaining shredded Colby-Jack cheese on the bottom half, spread the chicken mixture over it, and top with another layer of cheese before closing the bread.
