Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened chive and onion cream cheese, ranch salad dressing, garlic salt, and onion powder. Mix until smooth, then fold in rotisserie chicken, bacon, green onions, and 1 cup of shredded Colby-Jack cheese.
  3. Slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise and hollow out each half, leaving a sturdy outer crust.
  4. Layer the remaining shredded Colby-Jack cheese on the bottom half, spread the chicken mixture over it, and top with another layer of cheese before closing the bread.
  5. Brush the top with melted butter, wrap tightly in aluminum foil, and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, removing the foil in the last 5 minutes to crisp the top.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
