  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Preparation and Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture generously over the country style ribs.
  4. Place the ribs on the prepared baking sheet and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 2 hours.
  6. Remove the foil, brush the ribs generously with BBQ sauce, and return to the oven for an additional 30 minutes.
  7. Once caramelized and tender, remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
