Step-by-Step Instructions for Orange Glazed Salmon
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter or olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides. Cook in the skillet skin-side up for about 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Flip the salmon and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  4. Remove the salmon, cover with foil to keep warm, and lower skillet heat to medium.
  5. Add orange juice, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic into the skillet. For thicker glaze, mix cornstarch with water and add. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Return salmon to the skillet, spoon the glaze over top, and warm for 1-2 minutes.
