  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Start by scooping out about two cups of watermelon chunks, slice fresh strawberries or use frozen ones. Peel and slice a frozen banana or substitute with zucchini. Gather about ½ cup of vegan yogurt and a lime for juicing and zesting.
  2. Blend the Base: In a high-speed blender, combine the watermelon, strawberries, banana (or zucchini), and vegan yogurt. Squeeze juice from half a lime and add a teaspoon of lime zest. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
  3. Adjust Consistency: If too thick, gradually add ¼ cup of cold water, blending for 15–20 seconds, adding more water as needed to reach desired consistency.
  4. Taste and Sweeten: Pause blending to taste. Add maple syrup as needed for sweetness and blend again for 10 seconds.
  5. Serve with Style: Pour into glasses or serve in a hollowed-out mini watermelon, garnished with a watermelon wedge or mint leaves.
