Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Cherry Limeade
  1. Wash 2 cups of fresh cherries, remove pits, and slice them in half. Place cherries in a blender.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of cold water to the blender with cherries and blend on high for 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher to remove pulp.
  4. Measure out 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice and pour it into the pitcher with the cherry juice, then stir gently.
  5. Add 1/4 cup of simple syrup to the pitcher and stir until dissolved; adjust sweetness to taste.
