- In a medium saucepan, combine frozen blueberries, water, and organic raw sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Allow to bubble gently for 5 minutes. Mash the blueberries with a fork and strain into a bowl to reserve the blueberry juice.
- In the meantime, bring filtered water to a boil, remove from heat, and let cool slightly to 170-180°F. Steep green tea bags or loose-leaf tea in the hot water for 3 minutes. Strain tea and set aside to cool completely.
- In a large pitcher, combine reserved blueberry juice and cooled green tea. Squeeze in the juice from 1 fresh lemon and stir gently. Adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about an hour, or serve immediately over ice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices.
