Instructions

  2. Gently fold in 2 cups of miniature marshmallows using a spatula, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
  3. Add 1 cup of sliced strawberries and 1 cup of blueberries, folding them in gently to evenly distribute the fruits.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a resealable container or serving bowl, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. After chilling, give the salad a gentle stir and spoon into serving cups or bowls. Optionally, garnish with fresh mint leaves.
