Equipment

  • Small Saucepan
  • Whisk
  • silicone molds

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water with 2 tablespoons of gelatin. Whisk vigorously to prevent clumping and let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom.
  2. Place the saucepan over low heat, whisking constantly. Heat for about 5 minutes until it becomes a clear, viscous liquid.
  3. Remove from heat, pour into a measuring cup, add lemon juice and electrolyte powder, whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds and gently tap on the counter to eliminate air bubbles. Refrigerate for at least one hour to set.
  5. Check the gummies after an hour. Once firm, pop them out and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
