Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large sauté pan, melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium-low heat for about 2 minutes.

  3. Gradually whisk in 1 cup of vegetable broth into the sautéed garlic and butter, whisking for another 2 minutes.
