  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry Keep chilled until ready to use
  • 1 large Egg For wash, can substitute with milk
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cranberries or Pomegranate Seeds Optional garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine chopped pistachios, honey, finely chopped rosemary, sea salt, and black pepper.
  3. Roll out the chilled puff pastry to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into 3x3 inch squares.
  4. Place a small piece of Brie in the center of each pastry square and top with the pistachio mixture.
  5. Fold the corners of each pastry square over the Brie and pinch edges to seal.
  6. Whisk an egg and brush it over the tops of each bite.
  7. Place the bites on the lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow the bites to cool slightly and garnish with cranberries or pomegranate seeds before serving.
