  • 2 tablespoons Sweetener honey or agave (optional)

Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by preparing your fresh pineapple for the sorbet. Cut the pineapple into chunks and blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes. If using frozen pineapple, allow it to thaw slightly then blend.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the blended pineapple with cream, sweetener (if desired), and lemon juice. Stir until well combined, about 2 minutes.
  3. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container, ensuring not to overfill. Freeze for a minimum of 24 hours.
  4. Once frozen, remove from the freezer and process in the Ninja Creami until thick and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
