  • 2 pounds beef steak chuck or flank steak cut into strips
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch for thickening
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a crock pot, combine beef steak, bell peppers, onion, and garlic.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix beef broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, black pepper, and salt. Pour over meat and vegetables.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  4. Stir occasionally, and add additional broth if necessary to reach desired consistency.
