Preparation Steps
- Start by preparing homemade lemonade or measuring out 8 cups of store-bought lemonade. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Wash and dry the peaches, slice them in half, remove pits, and cut into wedges.
- In a blender, combine sliced peaches with 1 cup of chilled lemonade and mint. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture.
- Pour the strained peach puree into the pitcher with remaining lemonade and stir well.
- Serve over ice and garnish with reserved peach slices and mint.
