Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, gochugaru, gochujang, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to form a smooth sauce.
  2. Layer spam, sausage, tofu, rice cakes, and sliced onion in a pot. Add enoki mushrooms and kimchi on top.
  3. Pour the prepared sauce over the ingredients and add chicken or vegetable broth until submerged. Bring to a boil for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add ramen noodles and cheese, cover, and simmer for an additional 3-5 minutes until noodles are tender and cheese is melted.
