- Begin by dicing the boneless skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Set the chicken aside while you gather your ingredients.
- In a large pot, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the diced chicken and season with Cajun seasoning. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
