  • 1/2 cup Sunflower Seed Butter Can be substituted with any nut or seed butter.
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Protein Powder Feel free to use any vegan protein powder.
  • 2 tbsp Instant Coffee Boosts mocha flavor; may replace with finely ground coffee beans.
Extra Flavor Ingredients
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Enhances flavor; optional if seeking simplicity.
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder Consider carob powder for a caffeine-free alternative.
  • 1/4 tsp Salt Balances sweetness; may omit for sodium-free version.

Preparation Steps
  1. Combine all base ingredients in a food processor and pulse until they clump together, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Continue blending until smooth, about 1-2 more minutes. Add water if too dry.
  3. Wet your hands and roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the rolled bites, leaving space between them.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for longer storage.
