  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and freshly cracked pepper.
  3. Sear the salmon skin side up in the hot skillet for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Flip the fillets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  5. Remove the salmon and use the same skillet to whisk together orange juice, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  6. Increase heat and stir to thicken the glaze for 30-60 seconds.
  7. Coat the salmon fillets in the glaze and simmer for a minute.
