- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground sausage and cook for about 6-8 minutes until browned. Drain excess grease.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the cooked sausage, shredded sharp cheddar, shredded mozzarella, and drained Rotel into the cheese mixture.
